Kelly Goodsir and Adam Christie, both experienced pedagogical leaders in early childhood have partnered together to bring you a wonderful day of dialogue, intellectual stretch and practical approaches to lead your team in dynamic and innovative ways. This day will invite participants to move beyond traditional leadership “scripts” and explore how to ignite transformative pedagogical change without the need for rigid templates and checklists. We will examine how leaders can design responsive, innovative organisational systems that encourage growth and adaptability. By delving into the intersections of coaching, collaboration, and systems thinking, participants will learn to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement rooted in practitioner research and reflective practices as a team.
